I had a dream

We were on the boardwalk together on a cool summer night

and we came across the giant ferris wheel

“Lets totally ride it!”

but I tell you that I am afraid of ferris wheels, they terrify me

“ill be with you the whole time, I promise. You wont be scared when we go together”

and we hop on and its the most beautiful view Ive ever seen.

we stop at the top and bask in the beauty of the beach, as we hold hands

“i never want this ride to end” you say as you lay your head on my shoulder.

then my alarm goes off, and i wake  up in my room remembering….

…all i want to do is go back to sleep.

i miss my hobbes.
